“Pleased with the blinds, They are easy to fit once you get everything in place and the right way up. It would be helpful if the lady on the video didn’t cover the brackets up with her fingers so you can see which way up the cord attachments go.”

“Although the blinds show on tutorial video that they clip in with ease, this was not my experience, excessive pressure had to be made. This was not a defining issue that would warrant a Poor rating as the blinds look and fit well.”

“Very good service. I got 2 perfect fit copper blinds and I’m really pleased with them. It took me a wee while to put the fit the first pair but once I knew what I was doing the 2nd set went up a lot quicker.”

“Have purchased several hundred pounds of blinds over the past few weeks, delivery has been excellent in fact has exceeded the anticipated delivery dates, I have had one issue where there was one wrong small bracket, after a short freephone call a replacement was with me the following day, excellent product, excellent service. Have also saved hundreds of pounds into the bargain.”

“Blind itself looks fine but found the fitting a lot more difficult than expected. Struggled to get the brackets in the window frame and the strings kept coming off them, making it extremely hard trying to support the blind at the same time as putting the strings back.”

“Fab blinds easy to fit if you watch video paper instructions not so good. These are our second blinds we have bought and will be ordering more but blinds with integral frame which l thought our second set was, but they are just as good but not so sturdy.”

“Overall very satisfied with product. YouTube video helped a little for fitting instructions but would have preferred a paper version too, as it was difficult to decide which way the plastic clips fitted on the metal bracket which you insert within the rubber seal of window. It certainly wasn’t as easy as the video portrayed it to be. However that said I have since ordered more blinds for the front of my house. Would have scored a 4 if instructions were clearer.”
