“I love Consolidated Label. Cari Fernandez is always a pleasure to work with. She responds to emails promptly and is almost always accessible via phone. She is an excellent asset to your company. Additionally, the quality of labels we receive is always exceptional, especially considering the extremely competitive price point. Our retail and wholesale bakery orders approx. 100,000 labels annually (various sizes, shapes, colors, purposes, etc.) and we couldn't be happier with the service. Special requests are also something Cari takes seriously - she always communicates our requests to the appropriate team member. Thank you Consolidated Labels for being our sole source for labels. I recommend you to anyone who asks where we get our stickers.”

“I have been working with this company for three years. I've had other label company's try to beat there prices. It never happens. They have the best price and will work with a small company like you are there best customer. Customer service is great and there products are great. I would highly recommend this company. “My first experience ordering from Consolidated Label Co. was excellent. As a small start-up business owner, it was a blessing to have experienced help through the ordering process from my customer service rep. When I needed some small changes made to the label design after I received the digital proof, they made the alterations without a problem. Also, I was very impressed with the printing quality of the labels when I received them; the details were crystal clear and looked great. I would definitely recommend Consolidated Label to anyone looking for great customer service and great quality labels. Thanks!”

“while it took some time to get a label "right", the end result was better than i had hoped. i supplied a "strawman" label that was pretty green. one label co said they only accept special software designs. the team at your co. came thru! TNX! matt storey”

“I work with numerous vendors every day and my experiences vary greatly. There are companies that are easy to work with, and those that are so difficult that you really do not enjoy working with them. I have to say that Consolidated is one of my absolute favorite vendors. Working with you is so easy. Placing orders, approving proofs and getting order confirmations, I always know the status of my order. And your pricing is always very competitive. I work with Rhonda and she is a real professional. I wish all of my vendors could be this easy to work with. Thank you!”

“I am very happy with the quality of the labels provided by Consolidated. I also found the online portal very easy to use. However, I did have a few negative experiences: - At least two (possibly more, shipments still coming) sets of labels that were listed as "included" in the packing list/shipping confirmation email did not show up in the final box shipment. However, when identified, I was happy that Consolidated re-ordered and re-sent. - At times, communication was unclear or delayed, especially around quotes, timelines, and then issue resolution with the missing labels. Two of my phone calls went entirely unreturned, and I had to follow up multiple times to request a quote on an order (or just a time estimate on when I could expect to receive this quote). I'm generally happy with my experience with Consolidated. I am unsure if I'll return as a future customer, because of the customer service issues I experienced.”
