Scott came out to help with a rat in the roof he was very friendly, polite and professional . Rat caught on the second visit . I would highly recommend this company .5 stars from us

Didn't turn up for allocated appointment and lied on the notes stating otherwise. Cctv on front and back door to prove no one showed . Waste of time

We had a rat problem that your operative, Mike Weeden, has done his best to eradicate. Mike did three visits and discovered access points and proof of rats (droppings) that had been missed by a previous company. Mike was extremely thorough and baited all areas he could get access to. He was very polite and explained everything he had discovered, including showing us photos of the areas he dealt with. The main discovery was that a plastic drain blocker had been chewed through, giving access to the rats. We are hopeful that our problem has now been solved.

Fantastic service, from top to bottom. I cannot recommend Contego enough. I'm a carer for my elderly mother who suffers from dementia, and a recent ant infestation has caused her a great deal of distress. The care every person at Contego put into making sure her needs were met cannot be overstated. The lady at the office (sorry I can't remember her name) made sure that the visit took place when I was there, so as not to confuse mum. Then the time the technician took to explain to mum what he was doing was fantastic. Both took extra time out of their likely very busy schedules to ensure mum was going to be comfortable and they have left us both truly satisfied! if I could give 10 stars I would!

I would like to say that the pest controller scott was absolutely brilliant he knew his job. We find him polite and very helpful keep up the good scott we'll done. Very very happy with his service. And gave us great advice what to do to prevent the problems to accure thank-you

Although glis glis are relatively well known in the area there were concerns about finding someone with the knowledge to deal with them due to the small area in the country in which they are active. Thankfully Mike Weeden was the expert we needed. Mike quickly identified where the glis glis were entering the property and and gave advice on the material to be used to close the gap and during subsequent visits closed off small potential entry and travel points. Eight visits were necessary to deal with 10 glis glis. On each visit Mike took the time needed to deal with the problems that confronted him including answering questions on the glis glis, their habits, life cycle and the period in which they hibernate.
