I think it would have been nice to get a prompt online to show this is what you ordered to make sure all was correct.
I also was surprised there were no booklet about how it all works as a diet plan except for a tiny single sheet with what to do or any sort of encouragement.After all you are not just selling biscuits but a DIET PLAN.This is how I understood it.
I will follow the plan and see what happens.Try anything that may assist me to get some weight off.”
