Based in Suffolk, the Cookology brand was created in 2015 to bring high-quality products directly to consumers, without the high prices that come from luxury showrooms. “The delivery was prompt and the driver very helpful. The under counter fridge freezer fits well, is quiet in operation and the freezer box is so spacious it makes a real difference to the I convenience of having to run to the garage to get food from the bigger freezer. Have run this for a couple of weeks now and no problems. Good value.”

“Bad Service.. 2 Weeks have gone by still no sign of my item,, checked tracking states out for delivery..! Contacted via telephone got no answer, ! sent a message..! no answer,, the only thing I got from them is this review option,, what do they expect me to say here,,? they obviously don't know about my order otherwise they would not be asking me to give them a review, of there lousy service, I think they may be under the impression they have delivered the item and everything is all good... Sorry to say all is NOT GOOD, They ask further down as part of this review "How quick did the company reply to your queries? " wish they gave an option to select as "Never Replied" I would have selected it, Please note this is my experience personal with this company”

“bought a small tumble dryer as space was limited, tumble drier looks Ok-yet to use it but the venting hose it came with is flimsy, the end came off and we could not put it back- so we had to buy a better hose- I emailed the company who's responds was not good-they will make a note of it. So my reasonably price product with the cost of a pipe fit for purpose was not.”
