We still have an issue with the extractor fan as the bolts it comes with do not fit! We have contacted them and still no solution. We have had to pay our electric guy already and he has to come back when we get the correct parts. Very disappointed !!

Horrendous service, fail to deliver as agreed supply faulty goods make numerous delivery/exchange dates and fail to meet them, they also lack the ability to read. Avoid at all costs. Its a shame you can't add minus stars.

Professional sounding middle class liars and thieves selling tatty junk that won't last more than a few months. Shameless deceitful toads who could teach second hand car dealers a thing or two about ducking and diving when the customer has a problem. Bought an expensive Cookology fridge from Amazon. Packed up after 4 months. Thought no problem, still under warranty and contacted company. Oh my god, what a bunch of ugly sinful too faced liars. They pretend to care and sound middle class and decent, but that's just their veneer. The promised exchange never arrived. You chase and chase. They promise and promise. In the end you're forced to give up. Looking at the reviews on Amazon and elsewhere, these conmen and women are clearly selling shiny tat that looks alrighty when it arrives but is not built to last. Read the reviews online before you go with these cowboys. Take my strong advice. Buy a quality brand from anyone but these middle class liars and thieves if you value your sanity.

i bought a electric hob one of the knob was going stiff they me to do a video which i did and sent about 6/7 emails i was just getting fobbed they told me its not faulty they do go stiff and will go better over time i told them you talking bull xxxx if i had a flat tyre should i leave so it can fix its self i wouldnt buy a kids pram them they a waste of complaining to them you get fobbed off thanks don

Wrong product dilvered, the an absolute night mare trying to sort it out and getting them to collect it. In the end I had to arrange a currier to return the unwanted items so I could get a refund joke of a company

Ordered item accepted £89.99 taken out of bank was emailed later to say item was damaged & no more in stock so I ordered from another company, later that day I received another email to say your item was on its way I'm now confused. I then cancelled the said item & was reimbursed £89.99

No conformation no delivery the contact email bounces back in a PayPal dispute which they are not responding to do not use the site it is either bankrupt or fraud.

Because of covid 19 there were no freezer left that why I bought this freezer . this freezer only have one year warranty electrical item supposed to have two years warranty. Also if I bought from aldi or lidl they always give 3 years warranty in all electrical item..

As it was to be delivered to a flat I was told they would not phone when they arrived and would be left at the front door of the building not helpful at all

Company cancelled my order after a wee of waiting on my goods lett me with no fridge or freezer when i have kids amd STILL not received a refund to buy new ones this is week 2 and i am a single mum of 2 absolutely shocking

Order 026-9773688-7814768 Appalling service. Order due to be delivered today 19_09_2020 between 1-4pm waited in all day and it never arrived. No communication from courier and no answer on contact number provided. Shocking communication. We'll be cancelling the order on Monday.
