“We still have an issue with the extractor fan as the bolts it comes with do not fit! We have contacted them and still no solution. We have had to pay our electric guy already and he has to come back when we get the correct parts. Very disappointed !!”

“I love my little dishwasher! The design is so sleek and modern. I like that you can top it up with water or plumb it in. The quick wash is enough to get my dishes clean! One thing that’s not clear in the manual is then circle arrow icon on the display. This means you need salt. Be nice if this was added to the key table.”

“Horrendous service, fail to deliver as agreed supply faulty goods make numerous delivery/exchange dates and fail to meet them, they also lack the ability to read. Avoid at all costs. Its a shame you can't add minus stars.”

“Professional sounding middle class liars and thieves selling tatty junk that won't last more than a few months. Shameless deceitful toads who could teach second hand car dealers a thing or two about ducking and diving when the customer has a problem. Bought an expensive Cookology fridge from Amazon. Packed up after 4 months. Thought no problem, still under warranty and contacted company. Oh my god, what a bunch of ugly sinful too faced liars. They pretend to care and sound middle class and decent, but that's just their veneer. The promised exchange never arrived. You chase and chase. They promise and promise. In the end you're forced to give up. Looking at the reviews on Amazon and elsewhere, these conmen and women are clearly selling shiny tat that looks alrighty when it arrives but is not built to last. Read the reviews online before you go with these cowboys. Take my strong advice. Buy a quality brand from anyone but these middle class liars and thieves if you value your sanity.”

“i bought a electric hob one of the knob was going stiff they me to do a video which i did and sent about 6/7 emails i was just getting fobbed they told me its not faulty they do go stiff and will go better over time i told them you talking bull xxxx if i had a flat tyre should i leave so it can fix its self i wouldnt buy a kids pram them they a waste of complaining to them you get fobbed off thanks don”

“They offered a 5 burner hob at a great price. Delivery was spot on and they kept me informed all the way. The hob is a very smart gas on glass and exactly as described. A great company that I would highly recommend.”

“Current Microwave went pear shaped Sunday evening. Ordered new one Monday AM, arrived Tuesday afternoon. Tracked delivery online so was ready when item arrived. Second time i have purchased from this shop and service has been excellent on both occasions. Would recommend”
