Estimated delivery date was by the Saturday and they attempted to deliver on the Monday and I stayed in for 2 hours waiting and claimed they had tried but no card left! I was then told they will attempt to deliver next day and it didn't come again then I was told next morning and nothing then after complaining and calling I was promised 9 til 11 on the Friday and I would get a call to confirm and yet again nothing! I then requested a refund and hope to get that very soon

Was advised delivery for Saturday 29th August. Did not arrive. Received an email on 1st September advising would be delivered that morning, missed email and delivery as had other things booked in. Called delivery company, advised they only deliver Monday to Friday between 9 and 5, so wouldn't have ordered the item if this was the case as I have a day job. Had to rearrange to 11th September when I will be home so 1 star is not for item but rubbish delivery service, can't review item as don't have it yet.

Bad Service.. 2 Weeks have gone by still no sign of my item,, checked tracking states out for delivery..! Contacted via telephone got no answer, ! sent a message..! no answer,, the only thing I got from them is this review option,, what do they expect me to say here,,? they obviously don't know about my order otherwise they would not be asking me to give them a review, of there lousy service, I think they may be under the impression they have delivered the item and everything is all good... Sorry to say all is NOT GOOD, They ask further down as part of this review "How quick did the company reply to your queries? " wish they gave an option to select as "Never Replied" I would have selected it, Please note this is my experience personal with this company

Bottom door does not close. Very poor quality. Have requested a return via ebay, your customer service keeps saying not received the photos, whilst clearly on the ebay return.

I still haven't received my goods they were supposed to be delivered Friday 5/6/2020 between 18:15 and 20:15 then I received an email sayin delivery was attempted at 15:22 and there was nobody in to receive the parcel so a card would be out through my address with details on to get it delivered but nothing was left

Product has a design flaw..on sending seller videos was advised to buy a metal BIT for drill or sheet metal cutters to allow accsess to power cable....apparently they have advised other customers the same..so selling it with a flaw..diffrent sites they advertise on contradict each other..ie energy rating and power...needless to say the reality is its the lower power and the higher electric consumption..so if your happy to buy extra tools and do the job yourself Go ahead. ps open it as soon as recieved as they wont entertain a complaint after 24 hours..and you pay return on defective merchandise BEWARE

I applied a discount at the checkout it didnt fo through and was charged full price and instead of refunding the difference they would rather it sent back and another purchased

The worse online company I’ve ever done business with by far. They ask you to give them a review before the product even arrives & not just once. The staff they have tell lies & change the rules between conversation from the top to the bottom. I normally only write good reviews but I thought I had to let everybody know the company they are dealing with.

There is a problem with my item, it is faulty and the response from company staff is to imply that I am either thick, stupid or do not know how electrical items work. Still waiting for a call back from Kayleigh.

When we got this product it several dints in it we will not be ordering again several dents on the filter panels

Water cylinder for my Morphy Richards iron arrived with a big crack in it! The box and packaging was not damaged. While using this cylinder it blew my iron up after telling the company who sent the new cylinder out they weren’t bothered in the slightest and basically said they weren’t liable for the iron so tough! I haven’t purchased another part from them I’ve used somebody else!

Disgusting seller typed in Google chest freezer it came up 164 clicked on it £499 now it's £699 shocking playing on vunrable ppl because of the caronavirus DO NOT BUY FROM THEM REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS AND EBAY
