“The unit looks good. But to change the door opening No information supplied. not very helpful As a retired domestic engineer I was able to change the left hand opening to right. Not a simple job for the amater.”

“Delivery was very good. Externally freezer was about same dimensions as my old freezer but internally capacity was less by some 25 litres. I guess this was because of additional insulation because of it being suitable for outbuildings. Approx 3 hrs to get to temperature from switch on and very very quiet whilst operating. Overall pleased with this purchase.”

“Estimated delivery date was by the Saturday and they attempted to deliver on the Monday and I stayed in for 2 hours waiting and claimed they had tried but no card left! I was then told they will attempt to deliver next day and it didn't come again then I was told next morning and nothing then after complaining and calling I was promised 9 til 11 on the Friday and I would get a call to confirm and yet again nothing! I then requested a refund and hope to get that very soon”
