“Delivery was on time, communication was great, changes I made were dealt with seamlessly, installation was easy (love the way the cardboard box just lifts off!), and the tumble dryer is exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much.”

“First delivery arrived broken, but one phone call and a replacement was on its way. The lady on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. It’s not about being problem-free but how well they are fixed and Cookology were first rate.”

“Received cooker hood very quickly only for the chimney to be dented which I presume was done by courier contacted them and it was swiftly sorted with a replacement do I was very happy”

“Poor quality cooker hood, even when securely fixed seems the structure has some play/movement. Really cheap material removable vents, one arrived with a finger dent, none of them arrived with any mesh material to catch the oil. I paid for 2 x extra carbon filters, supposedly designed to match and be inserted to catch the odors, cannot even fit them as the motor does not have the stated removable caps to insert the filters. Avoid, waste of money.”

“Apparently good value products and unusual size to fit my small kitchen. I have just installed a small under the counter fridge so don’t know about longevity of course. excellent quick delivery time and friendly customer service who called me on morning of delivery to give a one hour slot. All very positive so far.”

“Pleased with the electric solid plate hob. Unfortunately, there were two small defects on the surface of the enamel which were not noticed until after installation. However, the hob was delivered very quickly and on time and improves the look of my kitchen.”

“Bought a "matching" set of an oven plus a combination microwave/oven. The microwave arrived with a broken glass front door, but customer services arranged shipment of a replacement immediately. The LED display on the two units uses a different shade/brightness, which stops them from looking as if they are intended to be a pair, which is a minor thing that Cookology could/should fix. And they left the broken unit for us to dispose of which was strange (a new sheet of glass installed at the factory and it could have been re-sold as a refurbished unit to recover some costs). And it was a bit inconvenient for us. For: Look good (not perfect), work well, good (not perfect) customer service”

“Arrived swiftly.on the positive this fills an other wise dead space and frees up fridge space. It has some drawbacks : the handle protrudes excessively resulting in bumps and it hits the cupboard next to it when open. The most annoying design fault is that is it very tall, much taller than standard washing and tumble drying machines and therefore does not fit under a standard height worktop. We had to remove the feet.”
