Item arrived damaged; cosmetic, still fully functioning. Cookology responded quickly; we negotiated a partial refund and I kept them damaged item. Disappointing start, satisfactory ending.

I ordered this hob and it was delivered the next day, excellent service. Unfortunately, it was not suitable for use in our kitchen because of a minor difference in height so I had to ask to return it. I received a full refund, again within a day. I will be buying from Cookology in the future as their service is second to none. You can buy with confidence from them.

Upon unpacking the dishwasher we noticed there were two dents on the side of the machine. I reported this to Cookology and was offered a partial refund. The response from Cookology was prompt, courteous and fair.

Cookology seem to be a reputable company offering excellent customer service which indeed they are. The freezer we ordered arrived damaged, I think that was possibly down to the couriers. Cookology offered a replacement or refund straight away, I accepted the refund. I would have given them five stars but for the faulty goods.

Good delivery time. Although I feel the Fridge unit is not adequately packaged on the sides, front & back. any small bump would cause damage. We ordered another unit which again arrived very quickly, although it has minor scratches on the left side. Again, no bag-wrap on the unit so it was not adequately packaged in my opinion. Waiting for refund & collection of the first unit purchased.

As the microwave was built in, the damage to the outer casing would not be seen so I settle on a partial refund rather than return after I tested that the microwave was in full working order.

REALLY GOOD ON DELIVERY TIMES. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - THE DISHWASHER ARRIVED DAMAGED, BUT Cookology WERE PROMPT IN ANSWERING MY EMAILS AND DEALING WITH REQUESTED REFUND. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a dishwasher. They quickly replied to my emails to assist me with the problem. Unfortunately the problem could not be resolved and I was offered the choice of refund or replacement. I chose the refund which was promptly dealt with.
