“Looks great, and works to expectations. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 ⭐️, which it deserves, is I found the slider for fan and light to be too narrow for bigger fingers. Otherwise I would recommend this to anyone who has a larger kitchen.”

“REALLY GOOD ON DELIVERY TIMES. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - THE DISHWASHER ARRIVED DAMAGED, BUT COOKOLOGY WERE PROMPT IN ANSWERING MY EMAILS AND DEALING WITH REQUESTED REFUND. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!”

“Hi purchase a hob which was installed by a qualified electrician and the hob is faulty, have asked for an exchange but not having any luck as not being helped at all by supplier”

Good Morning David, I am sorry to hear you have had issues with your hob. I can see my colleague responded to you on Apr 21 at 10:20 AM just requesting the electrician's name and registration number. “Ordered a ceramic hob which unfortunately came with a fault. Contacted Cookology with photo and they arranged a replacement which we have now received on the agreed date. All fitted and working well. This has been a positive experience all round. Many thanks.”

“Easy to order, arrived very promptly and in good condition. Extractor fan seems reasonably well made and although only tested so far seems relatively quiet and efficient. Overall I am happy with my purchase and feel it was good value for money.”

“Arrived well packaged but was damaged on 2 top corners it must have been packaged like this as there was no obvious breaks in packaging. Very disappointed but couldn’t send back as I had got rid of packaging and the dents can’t be seen as they are at the back. The fridge without the dents looks good”

“The hob works good but the fitting is not quite to standard. There are 4 brackets given but nowhere to fix them to keep the hob secure. Have checked and tired all the holes in the base of the hob but no chance to fit them and secure the base to the worktop.”
