“The quality of the meat is very high. All the cuts provided have been delicious and would rank high against all the other British organic farms. Would recommend. I did have an issue with my order but took photos and everything was resolved. Great customer service.”

“This time I received a completely different quality of mince. It was nowhere near the product that I received with my first order. Basically, it's a brown pulp ground into a mush with no texture at all. It doesn't even look like ground beef...Also with previous orders, the 500g pack was giving me 4 massive patties from my burger form and now it's 3 and a half...Doesn't taste like the beef I ordered before. It looks more like tuna flakes than beef Disappointed.”

“This was my first order and I chose the Mystery Meat box, with a couple of packs of burgers to satisfy my son! I was in when the order arrived and opened the box immediately to find the burgers had defrosted, very disappointed as the site info stated that the packaging would prevent this from happening (for a few hours after delivery too).”
