“We ordered organic duck for Christmas. We were disappointed when on delivery we found it had been frozen. And in October! It turned out we had no need to be disappointed! It was absolutely EXCELLENT!”

“I slow cooked this for 24 hrs top left four oven Aga. Browned it a little first, then placed on top of a few halved onions , 4 cloves whole garlic, added in white wine, lamb bone broth a few carrots, & covered with foil. Beyond delicious. Doesn’t need quite so long to cook obviously but it just fell off the bone.”

“I will only buy meat that’s produced, organically, ethically & sustainably. I found your website online and bought this for my daughter’s Christmas lunch. The purchase and delivery process were easy and reliable; the eco packaging was brilliant. I’ve never cooked duck before, so the cooking instructions were really helpful. Daughter gave the meat a big thumbs up and is delighted there’s another portion in the freezer!”

“Organic Smoked Gammon 2kg excellent - i boiled it for two hours still inside its bag - then removed skin, added a glaze and roasted it for a hour - a great bit of ham eaten in one sitting no waste.”
