“Very expensive meat.”

“Needs to be a thicker cut to be able to cook medium rare because longer cooking times are required for this meat. We were sent two different thicknesses which makes for difficult grilling. However an awesome flavour!”

“Meat was fine; however it arrived largely defrosted, so there was little point in sending it out flash frozen. This is a major concern and a health hazard when it comes to being refrozen. Some silver skin left on fillet, which it should not be.”

“Bit concerned that several bone broths had stared to defrost. Some smaller meats also slightly soft. Delivery was at about 6pm on a hot day. Perhaps too late a delivery for frozen meat? Side packing was almost fully defrosted. Suggest thicker freeze packs at sides of package.”

“The steak mince was very good value and quality and came frozen fine but every Packet was covered in blood which had to be washed off before putting in freezer which was not nice. The point of having it frozen was to not have handle raw bloodfor hygene so very dissappointed in that aspect.”

“A great product, I would have given it 5 stars were there not a small hole in the bag. Luckily, I noticed it as it was defrosting in time to save it in a jug and only lost a little.”

“I love Chorizo but wouldn't order it again. The taste was just ok but I especially didn't like the texture - it fell apart. I hate to write a bad review as I think your food is always outstanding.”

“Was a bit disappointed with the pie as I had a big bit of gristle on the ham, as other things I have tasted from you have so far been nice, (first time customer) so we will have to see how things go with the rest of my order”

Hi Francesco, I've just taken a look at the repeat order and can confirm that this happened because you have ordered and set up a subscription. “The broth came very well packaged. However, I personally found the taste very weak. I expected a more depth of flavour considering the length of time at the cooking process. Product was not cheap so I would not purchase again owing to the weak flavour.”
