“I've sent a few food parcels to an ailing relative as I knew that Coombe Fram produce is what I benefit from, especially when I'm staving off illness. I know it's just great tasting, nutritious, easy to prepare and without any nasties. One delivery was during the heatwave and the next, in the midst of storms and flooding. In spite of this, the deliveries were scheduled to account for the extreme weather and arrived bang on time. Superb customer service kept everything to temperature and on track. It's been a huge success and we're all grateful.”

“ii was happy to receive my order on the day and at the time I was given . I have only sampled the pate' so far and it was DELICIOUS . I am looking forward to beef lasagne tonight and all the rest of treats I ordered”

“Produce very good. So far tried the chicken and fish mix. Looking forward to trying the rest of my order The only thing I would say is that the fish, which was in the bottom of the box, had started to defrost slightly, but I appreciate that it was exceptionally hot.”

“The products I received are very good and tasty. The whole process from searching and purchasing to receiving the goods has been very straightforward. The frozen products were properly protected with ice packs and layers of insulation. Thank you very much!”

“Yes, I was very grateful for beautifully packed produce which did not defrost in the heatwave. I had just come home from hospital and a nasty flare of diverticulitis. Organic chicken bone broth is such a comforting start to the day. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe, so that I can make my own!”

“The broths were a gift for my daughter who has a chronic illness. She is not able to tolerate solid foods. Your broths are just what she needs. Especially the FAD ones. She tried the first one last and said it was delicious, with just the right serving amount.”

“Good produce and good service. However when I arrived home my products had already defrosted and the claim was that they would be good for 36 hours! Granted it was a hot day, but still.”

“Firstly - really like your ethics which is why we tried the meat. Chicken was moist and very tasty (cooked more quickly than expected). Bacon a bit salty for our taste. Steak bavettes (cooked rare) we’re tender. Haven’t tried the pork shoulder or the venison yet but they both look good. Had a problem with DPD delivery, but your customer services dealt with this efficiently and unquestionably. Very refreshing! Will definitely buy from you again - it’s good to support small businesses.”

“My husband has colon cancer which they are unable to operate on. He has been much improved in himself since he started on a regime of one of your wonderful beef bone broths each day. It seems to help his digestive system and make him more comfortable. Whilst it is quite pricey the results outweigh the cost. It has loads of goodness in it which is great as his appetite is serverely impaired. Thank you for stocking this.”
