“Meat that can be trusted - I don't like eating meat that is fed on GMO feed. I do not trust any meat that can be bought from a supermarket.”

“Delivery was prompt to the time slot given. Minimal packaging and like the reusable freezer packs. Haven't tried everything yet, but the goat mince and chicken sausages are both excellent”

“They are very friendly and have a good range of products, but have never responded to the feedback I have given them about products or service that have not lived up to expectations - except to say that they hoped I would come back. I would like to support them more, but feel that after a few problems and disappointments my loyalty is ebbing. Back to Riverford for me, whose service is outstanding and meat products have improved in my view after a lull in the mid 2010s”

“How pleased we are to have finally gone over to organic meat. Wherever possible, we buy organic, eggs, fruit etc, and this is the first time that we have purchased meat from an organic source. I can only say that we are absolutely delighted with the texture and flavour of the produce which we received from you. We shall certainly be giving you our custom in the future. No more CAFO rubbish for us! Thank you, from Eric and Rachel.”

“the produce, the logistics and the choice is excellent. i only have one grievance really, the web site could do with a little modernization especially in the current circumstances. more folks are buying online and they are getting used to the slick ordering, order ammending (within a timeframe of course) and saving the order to come back to later in the day. maybe you could add just a little flexibility to your ordering facility.”
