“It seems very organised and so far the produce has been good however I’m disappointed that I didn’t get free delivery for my first order as expected and described. The young lady on the phone was very efficient and polite. If you’d like to refund my delivery fee as I requested I. The email then I’d be more than happy with everything.”

“I am terribly disappointed with the quality of the lamb chops, they were so small and so fatty, that in the end after eating one pack we threw the other pack away. Also my husband tried one of the steak pies which he said the meat was tough and I threw the rest of the pies I had bought away as well. The only thing that we liked was the bacon as it is nitrate free, but terribly expensive for four rashers in a pack! Will not be purchasing again.”

“All meat supplied always arrives as it is supposed to; frozen and well packed. The meat is always good quality. If I have a criticism it is that I cannot order the thickness of steak or the mix of meat to fat in the mince.”

“The bone broth is fantastic and especially great that Combe Farm provide a FODMap version which is important for my diet at the moment. Great taste and quality product and a massive time saving for me not having to make it myself. Thanks for keeping the delivery service going through Lockdown - fantastic service too!”
