“The meat and pies are excellent and I love the use of retired dairy beef and mutton. I would love to be able to return the gel packs as there are far more than I will ever need and it seems a shame to destroy them.”

We have tried a returns of packaging service, but we felt this was using more carbon than if recycled at home and because of a hygiene risk we can not reuse the packaging

“The website is easy to navigate, and ordering was seemless and communications about the delivery were good and accurate. I have only had one of the items, and that was last night but the sausages were very good, and a proper taste of Pork. I'm looking forward to eating my other items, especially the Goat meat which I have a fondness for.”

“Sadly my order did not arrive! I managed to trace it to your depot in Liverpool but that nothing. I am pleased to say that having contacted your firm I received an apology and my money has been refunded. When I return from holiday I will place another order just to give you the benefit of the doubt!”

“really pleased with my order of meat and bones for making bone broth , turned up extremely well packed with ice packs to ensure it remined frozen as i arranged to have it left in the porch. the meat i ordered is noticeably more flavoursome than the meat i buy from the supermarket . i will definitely be ordering again”
