“Ordering process and the steak all fine as per myself or my family. Only thing is the delivery company didn’t update the delivery info appropriate as the photo they sent to me after the box being delivered was not my family house door photo at all and that box in the wrong photo (the ink on the box seems fake out too, maybe due to the ice packs and made it wet?) So I think this is something should revise in a better way. Thanks”

“Very helpful on the phone . The delivery is very prompt and the chicken I ordered is excellent . It is so good to know it in organic . I love the bone broth they do , very tasty .”

“Yeah - delivery was fine and packing was good. But you should ignore any rubbish legislation about recycling. There is a lot of packaging and all of it can be collected by you and re-used for my next order. You might say you are not permitted by govt regulations - but I say why should we listen to people who clearly do not have our interests at heart. We shouls take back our power and be our own authority and just be good - common sense individuals. I want to recycle this material - so can you collect it from me and use it again - I won't tell if you won't - who's in charge here.....”

Hi Lorraine, Thank you for your review, we have recently updated our packaging from our wool to the paper padding to ensure that every part of the box can be curb-side recycled. The box can be squashed and put into the cardboard recycling, the paper padding into the paper bags and the ice packets once drained into the plastic recycling. The reasoning behind our no returns on the packaging as environmentally, the travelling to and from depots for the returns of the packaging actually increases the carbon footprint of our products so we believe making everything recyclable from home is the way forward!
