“Beef fillet and sausages delivered on time. Beef seared fast on a griddle and then cooked for 13/14 minutes in a hot oven. Perfect pink. 1.5 kg a for 7 - including 3 adult sons. I managed to hide just enough for a couple of sandwiches the next day. I cannot recommend this beef too highly. Pigs in blankets were also excellent. The chef (me) forgot them on Christmas Day so they formed the centerpiece of Boxing Day dinner. Again, fantastic.”

“The duck arrived frozen solid, which is testament to the packaging, but I hadn’t realised that was going to be the case when I ordered it, so it’s a good job I had selected delivery a few days before Christmas. Happily it defrosted in the fridge in perfect time and it was delicious! The pigs in blankets were not as tasty.”

“I ordered the small turkey Christmas box and the unsmoked gammon. The items arrived as scheduled and were perfectly packed. The turkey was moist and succulent. Bacon and pigs in blankets were delicious. My only small complaint was the stuffing had an overwhelming taste of sage. The gammon was perfect. Very lean with wonderful flavour. I would highly recommend.”
