“Ordered Lambs Liver & Oxtail Liver was fine Not cooked the Oxtail yet Main voncern was the amount of packaging for a relatively small order. Although I've recycled the ice pack & cardboard I'm not convinced it needed so much”

“I recently ordered some organic ribs for a weekend bbq. The delivery was quick, the meat was well packaged and I could pop it right in the freezer. After 6 hours of smoking, the ribs tasted amazing, will be buying again!”

“Always happy with my purchases and the food comes on time and is well packed. Have also bought their fish, (sea bass very meaty unlike shop bought). As a regular customer I can definitely recommend their products, and I like the company values.”

“This is Organic salmon. I only ever buy organic salmon, as the production methods for non-organic are horrific, unhealthy ( for both us and the salmon) and unsustainable. I encourage you to similarly only buy this excellent salmon.”

“Always good quality of terms delivered on time. 10/10 The only slight issue I have is all the packaging that comes with it and what to do with it all afterwards. I recycle what I can, but it usually sits around for a long time before I find a home for the freezer blocks in particular?”

Having sustainable packaging is something we are really passionate about here at Coombe Farm Organic, so we are testing some new boxes, liners and Ice as we speak. We are looking to make the packaging recyclable so you can deal with it at home easily, we are also looking into offering a returns packaging service in the future. As with most testing, it does take a few months to see a full change.

“The organic meat pack we ordered arrived on time and was still frozen although the pork burgers were a bit soft so we refrigerated them to complete the defrosting and then cooked them the day after. They were sublime! There was hardly any fat produced in the cooking, they were meaty, succulent and delicious. Looking forward to the other items. We did have a problem with the website but we were called back promptly and the advice we were given solved our issue and the order placed. The girl who called us was friendly and efficient. What more could we ask. Well done!”
