“The website is very easy to navigate; ordering couldn’t be easier. My order arrived very well packed in a very sturdy insulated box and was still frozen; couldn’t ask for better customer service. Will definitely order again. Thank you!”

“Pies, bacon and lard were absolutely lovely, quick delivery too. I have reordered some of the things that I have eaten already & ordered a few more things to try. If they are as good as my first order, I will no doubt be back for more. Greatt stuff!”

“Easy ordering process, and click & collect works a dream. My order was brilliantly packed, and the diced stewing steak was absolutely fabulous - so tasty and tender. So pleased to have CFO in our locality so we can purchase sustainably & ethically produced meat.”

“The pasties were lovely , the pork pies tasted a bit fishy and had no jelly . Lamb bacon stuck together but tasted good. Rabbit was stewed in a hotpot and was quite gamey , and fresh tasting.”

“The Sirloin of Beef I had at Christmas was expensive but very good. I even recommended you to my daughter in laws. My next order was not so good. We are foodies who love pies and ones which warrant a higher price rather than a cheap pastry full of nothing special. Unfortunately it was very disappointing to find out the pies were of the latter kind. I did write in about them and you replied to say that you’re looking for a new supplier of pies. Wouldn’t that warrant me being recompensed as a goodwill gesture?”

Many apologies for this, as mentioned in our email, I have passed your comments back to my manager who in turn will pass this back to the manufacturer for them to review, I do however apologise this was your experience with our pies, as it is not something we would expect. We are really confident in the quality of our pies and we are switching to another producer because our demand has outgrown their supply.
