“Thank you, but, frankly i didn`t think any of the products i sampled were anything special. Also the delivery was terrible,my parcel eventually arrived at 7-00pm . Some items were nearly thawed out .”

“We ordered our first box of vegetables and were disappointed. We received limp lettuce leaves in a paper bag which had to be thrown away. The beetroots went soft the next day. Won't be ordering this again.”

“Product arrived 24hrs after original delivery - DPD log showed it had been in Aberdeen on its way to me!! I decided not to freeze product as it was soft(ening) and had to cook and eat over next 2/3d - not reason for ordering! The offered 10% reduction in next order not sufficient compensation in my view”

“The meat was frozen last year in August 2019 and was really chewy . I was really disappointed , and I don’t understand why the meat was in the freezer for so long?”

“I bought six venison fillets for four people, because 150 grams per person sounded a bit mean. The venison fillets were extremely good if a little pricey at over £50 including delivery. However, the amount of gristle and membrane left on the outsides of the fillets was disappointing and the farm's butchers should not expect the customer to have to do this job themself.”

“Im only saying acceptable because two products arrived soft, not frozen, and had to throw, and I had no response to two emails that I sent informing them. I know they received these because I had had communications prior to receiving my order about delivery.”

“The chicken was excellent the service and packaging were of the highest quality. However I was disappointed that the chicken I ordered was nearly 200g lighter than expected. I would have given you a Very Good rating had the bird been of the weight expected.”

“I bought 3 individual packs of lamb cutlets. 2 packs were meaty but the 3rd was mostly bone. I will try again as I want to to rely on a reliable organically reared source.”

“I ordered my usual 14 pouches of chicken broth but this time they were in a smaller than usual box with less insulation and cold blocks. They were delivered at 5.25pm and the pouches were all softened. Afraid I was not impressed. Hope this will prove to be a one-off as it has never happened before.”
