“The Low FODMAP bone broths are to die for, and the organic bones brew up beautifully. If only the carrier would ring the doorbell! I book morning slots, and include begging requests, but they just leave the package on the doorstep in full sun. I would order much more often if only the carrier would RING THE DOORBELL. I have spoken on the phone to you about this before; please make my point to the carrier. Four packs of bone broth were partially defrosted and had to be used at once.”

“This was my first order from a company recommended by a friend. I haven't eaten it all yet! So far, it is very good (chicken and fish). It arrived when it said it would. It was all well packed. Their choice seemed pretty comprehensive. And, it's organic.”

“I love the choices available, especially the more obscure products such as goat, retired beef and mutton. I like the ethical approach and animal welfare Standards. However a bit disappointed by the amount of packaging with my click and collect order. I only live around the corner from the farm, less than ten minutes in my car. I do not need cold freezer packs, insulation and a cardboard box. I would like to use my own reusable carrier bag.”

“Excellent packaging everything arrived frozen, fish is quite fresh. Only salmon was a bit older than i wanted most of the fish was frozen 2 months prior which is great; salmon was great to taste but was frozen 3 months before hence there was a fishy smell.”

“Very good food. The best meat I had ever eaten while in the UK. The delivery was good, even I was not home and the delivery person left the food in a safe place. It’s good because the package has ice inside so it keeps cold for hours. Definitely recommend it.”
