“Product excellent or very good, problem of initial long lead-time for delivery appears sorted. Only complaints packaging; as a disabled person, takes me about 30 minutes to open parcel and dispose of packaging responsibly. For regular, customers, what about a cool-box hire scheme, with the emptied cool-box being returned via the courier when next delivery made?”

“Amazing- deliveries on time...food always well packed with ice, great customer service (had an issue with one faulty tin of salmon and they replaced immediately)... quality really good and tasty. hope to visit the farm one day when this is all over!”

“Received promptly by courier even during lockdown. Packed in ice and each pack was frozen. All in excellent condition. Put most in the freezer but kept one beef and one chicken out to taste. Used microwave to heat.... Easy to do. Taste delicious! Keeping me on track for my 30 day healthy eating challenge. Thank you”
