“Very disappointed with the garden storage box I ordered. Part of a hinge was broken, there were marks on it, the lanyards just don't fit in the holes and it is all very flimsy and poor quality. I wish I had read the other reviews about this company before ordering.”

“This is the worst company ever for customer service. After many phone calls I am still waiting for a return call. It is impossible to get information on any of their products. Unable to purchase replacements or spare parts. Refuse to give information on where to purchase spare/replacements. No help from this company at all. I would not recommend then.”

“I think one star is too much for this company, but it was the minimum amount i could give. Placed an order on 22nd July waited the full 28 days for my items then spent 30mins holding to talk to someone, they said I should have had my goods but would re send the order as both in stock , not yet arrived so have just called they were not in stock when i called before and will not be in until the end of the month ! Have asked for a refund , fingers crossed that arrives back in my account , Would NEVER EVER use this company again . Very poor service.”

“Identical items broken on arrival, offered to send spare parts which would have only been useful for one. Gave me a refund and told me to throw the items away. Asked if I could purchase one spare part or one of the items so I could fix one but they won't supply the part. I am going to post them back and charge them postage which will cost them even more for being ridiculous , one lost customer.”

“Do not use this company. I ordered some step ladders and when they arrived they did not suit so I rang (20 mins wait) to return them the day after - 4 phone calls later with similar waiting times and promises of collection they are still with me. Poor customer service.”

“garden item poor quality only print good reviews on their website. havent printed my honest review. took 5 days for customer service to reply by which time its out of 7 days return policy. 10 days later still awaiting part. premium phoneline 20 minutes wait. AVOID this company”
