garden bench three weeks old seat lath broke.will not replace got to send whole bench back.paid 89 pound . made in china.KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was charged £2-37 for ringing Cooper's regarding my account ,will never buy it recommend them ,poor customer service as well

After coming out of winter and my car that had hardly moved I looked for some sort of fuel addative to pep up the engine. I spotted in your catalogue the Cataclean additive. What a revalation it it turned out to be, finally an addative that worked! After a suitable number of miles I found the engine to be more reaponsive and more efficient and more economic to run. I run a Honda Jazz that is 17 years old and now I get 49 mpg on steady run.

My Father ordered an exercise bike, which duly arrived was not unpacked as within a week my father contracted pneumonia and passed away. I called Coopers who said they would arrange collection... move forward 1 month, we still have the bike, told that 8 collections (lie no 1) have been organised with Hermes and Yodel.. to then be told today they dont use Yodel (lie no 2) told they would get a supervisor to call me.. (lie no 3) i have called them so many times over the last month and a bit... DO NOT EVER USE THEM please

As per the other reviews, double payment taken, waiting for pending payment to be refunded. So called customer service is awful promised a call back twice but no one does. Steer well clear.

Placed order They took payment No goods received Phoned store will be sent out middle of week Still no goods Phoned store out of stock or might be in stock really not sure call us back in a couple of days I will be calling back to cancel it

Will not give refund for a battery operated salt cellar that broke after 6 weeks. They did offer a replacement but I would need to wait until July which isn't acceptable. Their argument is I needed to return the item within 28 days for a refund! They wont see reason that it is broken having only used it for 6 weeks! Hugely disappointed wont be purchasing anything from them again.

Stay clear of Coopers unless you want a duplicate fraudulent hold on the payment you make!! I ordered goods for £32 which was paid to Coopers immediately by Debit card. Coopers then put another £32 on hold for 7 days for no reason, if this had been 200-300 pounds then this could have caused overdrafts and charges and financial issues. Plus abysmal service when addressing this issue. STAY clear a company stuck in the 80’s!!

They support Hermes myth that you can catch Covid-19 from door bell button ! Even if this were a risk - you do not have to use a bare finger! Other couriers are unconcerned - which Couriers claim!

Have discontinued using Coopers. Most goods are Cheap Chinese imports sold at an inflated price. Most solar lights never last. Better value in local stores or on line.

Placed an order & when confirmation came through they had added another item on. I rang as soon as I saw it only to be told ring at 9am the next day & it would then be cancelled. The person said they had cancelled it then an email came through to say sorry cannot be cancelled you will just have to send back when you receive them & I would only get my money back when they receive the goods back . Will never use them again.

Purchased a number of items with a discount code when spending over £30. Unfortunately not all the items were in stock. But what was, were dispatched with a note to say the other item was to follow. When the final item was delivered coopers took full price for item from my wife’s account despite saying they would be honouring discount given that when the order was made not all items were in stock. Coopers you are a dishonest trader. You acted dishonestly on the phone call saying you’d take £7.79 then processed a payment of £9.99. We have a record of that phone call and we certainly will not purchase from you again. An absolute disgrace.

Bought a weed sweeper less than a year ago used it twice last year, tried to use it yesterday not working, phoned Coopers said the item was discontinued and I had only 28 days for a refund, I said surely by law that is not the correct procedure, phone was hung up end of conversation,booklet will go straight in the bin from now on.

Oh dear, things are not looking good for this company. I've had a live telephone call and a web chat, problem still not rectified. I placed an order on the 9th February, order total £119.98, the money was taken from my account immediately, I saw on the 13th a further amount of £119.98 was taken, I called and spoke with a very pleasant Daniel who unfortunately could not help me and even told me that the money would not have been taken twice, that it's impossible as the company does not store card details. I tried to explain that I was in fact looking at my online bank statement as we spoke and that the money had most certainly left my account twice, he said his supervisor would call me to explain ... still waiting for that call!! I've been in touch again this morning via web chat with Mikey and he couldn't help either, surprise surprise, he has also told me his supervisor will call me today. No where during the order process was I informed of a "pending transaction" payment being taken as well as the original payment, in my opinion this is theft and fraud. Apparently my order was shipped 2 days ago and the "pending transaction" will be back in my account within 2/3 days. If I had known all this before I placed my order I would not have done so and will most certainly not be making any purchases. Not entirely sure where my order was shipped from that it is taking so long to arrive! At this point I am seriously regretting placing an order. I shall be reporting the company to the necessary authorities

Coopers have taken 2 payments from my bank account for a defective water cooler that's going back. Been told it can take up to 7 working days to be put back in but they couldn't tell me why I have a pending payment when payment has already been taken! Customer 'services' had no idea, appeared condescending and uninterested from get go. Avoid at all costs as they haven't got a clue and sell below par goods going by their reviews!
