The plastic umbrella/ rotary clothes spike has broken off the first time I used it. Not offered a refund, just an exchange. I don't want another one, it's useless. It is supposed to have a 12 month guarantee. Very disappointed with the response.

I placed an order 8 days ago and had not heard a thing from both Coopers or the delivery company.
I have just come off the phone to them to enquire where my order is and they said it had been sent back by Yodel!
They asked if I’d like the order to be resent but I declined and opted for a refund!
I doubt yodel have even tried to deliver as I’d not received any tracking etc…
There has been someone at home the whole time too…
Rubbish service, waste of time!

My friend gave me a neck fan quoted by coopers to be silent it is ghastly, so noisy you can’t hear anything but the noise of the fan I know it cost her over£20 with postage, if you have any decency refund her money and bin the rest of your stock it is absolute rubbish not fit for sale it is so noisy the family can’t hear the tv for it or speak to each other.
