I ordered the art and hobby set on 5th February,supposed to be delivered in 3-5 working days,after no delivery after more than a week I rang up to be told they were sorry, but it would be delivered within 48 hours, after another week I had to ring again ,this time I was told the art set was in stock the hobby setwasn't, and I would have to wait over 3 months for it, until 4th May, eventually after further phone calls after no delivery, I was told they do not send out partial orders, and I would have to wait the 3months for both sets. The last person I spoke to said her name was Poppy, had a take it or leave it attitude, I eventually cancelled my order. This company's customer service is non existent, I, and my family and friends will no longer buy anything from them ever again,

Ordered an aerator for my father. Item came earlier than expected and absolute bargain. Anyone who had a bad experience you must have had a one-off, I urge you to try them again and not slate them as a lot of your reasons are not coopers fault but your stars and bad review goes against them directly. I think they are excellent and will be ordering more items shortly

We ordered anti-slip carpet pads. I just wanted you to know that they do not work with a carpet underneath. It is not a complaint of yourselves. I just thought it was worth you knowing Lyn 18 Thames Close Congleton

Order not delivered even after a 'phone call on Friday 2nd February - 4 weeks after ordering - and being assured the order would be on its way the following Monday. Following a further 'phone call on 12th February I was told Customer Services would get back to me that day. Really? I'm still waiting.

Placed a large order, didn't arrive after 10 days, called and was informed that because 2 items were out of stock they were holding back the order. I said that means you have made the whole order out of stock. No she replied just the two out of stock items the rest are in stock, So can you send the in stock items then, no they are waiting for the other stock! Useless or what. Incompetent, rude and stupid is what I think of their customer service.

I ordered a magnetic door net that I found could only be used on one side of the door frame, meaning it would need to be removed at the end of each day and I wrote a review pointing this out. My review never appeared on their website despite me enquiring why and no response.

I ordered 2 new mini ovens 3 weeks ago, the tracking system of their delivery company Yodel said the items were with them?? As I haven't received them I have contacted Coopers by phone, email and via their online web portal without any feedback t all. Today I have spoken to their customer services dept who advised they have picked up on the error sent me 1 out despite me ordering 2!!! Lets see what arrives but so far customer service atrocious

Bought 2 halogen heaters,"buy 1 get 1 free offer" back in 2014. 1 of the heaters we used since then,the 2nd one was set aside as a standby until 10 days ago when we started to use it. After a few days one of the elements failed. I sent an email to Coopers explaining the above. Their inconsiderate reply said sorry but not interested in helping ,unit out of guarantee no discretion used .I have been a customer for many years but no longer. Sam

Bought a dog gate/partition from them , it was the best price from the Internet , delivery was free in the price , good quality Product , but only suitable really for small dogs about the size of Yorkshire terrier , found the company to be really quick on the delivery as they stated it arrived on time , would recommend this company. It's one of those Independent shops both on the High Street in Bishops Stortford and online that you can find things you are looking for. Worth a visit and always good quality and great service, whether online or in person.

Products seem fine, prices ok but Customer Service non-existent - can't even reply to e-mails! Have abandoned £130 because this company still lives in the dark ages. Appalling service.

The quality of the items, and the service, was beyond appalling. I returned an expensive item that simply did not work. I had to pay the postage to return it, and I have never had any response or refund since. I would say to anyone thinking of buying anything from Coopers of Stortford ... Save yourself a lot of time and money, buy it from Amazon, at least Amazon's goods actually work, and Amazon's customer service is excellent. Unlike Coopers of Stortford. Their catalogue goes straight in the rubbish bin now.

We had a faulty product (a mincer some 10-11 months old) which needed replacing. No questions asked, a replacement was sent - cannot fault their communications or customer service.

Take order do not inform when out of stock until you query why item has not arrived. they claim spend over £15 get free postage not true you are sent a £5 voucher but must spend over £25 to claim this and must use within two weeks Will not use this firm again.

i bought the ceramic car heater 12volt because one review said it was a good product, and that it would clear car window from condensation, my car heaters playing up, thats why i bought the car heater, also the picture shown on website makes the car heater look bigger than it actually is. the product is a waste of money, ive thrown the car heater in the rubbish bin. to any one wonting to buy car heater from coopers please dont bother you will regret it.
