If there were 0 stars it would most certainly would have been hit. It's been two months and I still have not gotten my money. The tow truck driver had me sign on the wrong line so I could not cash their check. I had to go and get another paper notorized and send it back to them while they had my car and title. I sent their check back to be reissued and two months later I'm still wanting for my money. Give it a week more and then I'll hire an attorney.

Copart, Grenada, MS is a rip off company. My insurance company had my vehicle towed to Copart after I called in about an accident I had. Copart came to tow my vehicle to their yard. It was either while the vehicle was towed to their yard, or while sitting on their their yard or after I told them I wanted to keep my vehicle that one of their employees cut off my Catalytic converter. My truck only had front end damage after hitting a deer. I did not have any problems with the catalytic converter. Now my truck sounds like a race car. The receptionist I spoke to told me they do not have security cameras in their yard and they do not have it. They do not offer any assistance when your auto have been robbed or ripped off. BUYER BE WARE.

If I could give a 0 I would waited over 3 hours just to get 1 car loaded Montgomery Al is the worst yard to buy from, drivers if you haul from there be sure to charge wait time then buyers will quit buying from there. If I had known I was gonna wait with a roll back 3 to 4 hours I would have charged more. I have missed a half day pay just waiting

A company called Best Choice Auto contracted this company to pick up my car. Now mind you, my car has 2 flat tires and a muffler that is dropped to the ground. Instead of the tow truck driver backing his truck up to my car in the parking lot, he parks his truck on the main road, take the keys to my car and drives it to his truck, forces the car to reverse so he can hook of the end. When I asked him why he chose to drive the car to the truck he says "this is what I do and I have driven cars in worse conditions than this. " Then he hooks it to the end of his truck and saw the bumper is too low to the ground, so he literally snatches my front bumper off the car with his bare hands. This is not including the fact he folded my muffler into my rear right tire from forcing it to reverse with a dropped muffler. I filed a complaint with the tow truck company for compensation for damages and they have been avoiding me ever since.

When Copart came to pick up my truck that was totaled they tore up my yard, I gave them a call on Monday and they had me send the pictures of the Damage and they would call me back. Needless to say today is Thursday and they have not called me back. There was no reason to tear up my yard all they had to do was back the truck up about 20 feet into my driveway and drive the truck where ever they needed to. Worse part about all of it is they can't even have the decency to call me back, I did not scream or hollar when I called, I just wanted answers. I will not recommend them to anyone at all!!!!!

My car was towed here after being in an accident. When I went to get my belongings, they had all been missing. All of my belongings were stolen. They are criminals, and should be shut down.

I shoulld have read reviews before getting a membership with Copart. It is very difficult to actually figure out exactly what you have to do to bid. I should have researched better before I joined. And just to educate anyone thinking about becoming a member, here are some things I learned. -Most vehicles…at least the ones I found…require you either be a dealer/salvage yard or you hire a a broker. Good luck finding ones regular everyday people can bid on. -Basic membership lets you bid up to $2000. More than that requires 10%deposit ahead of time. Then if you don’t win, you have to request the deposit be returned. -You can’t look at any vehicle there unless you are a member. -When you go to preview, only the member can go into the yard to view. For example, my wife could not go in with me to preview a vehicle before bidding. -If you go to preview, its only certain days, so call ahead just to make sure. -If you go to preview, take a vest. They don’t supply them. No exceptions. You will have to go back. -Buyers fees are a little high. For a $4000 bid, you will have a $900 fee, plus $100 bidding on phone or computer fee, plus a$79 gate fee (no sure what that is, I guess a fee to actually pick up the vehicle you bought). All of these things are probably on the website somewhere and my fault for not doing better research. Event sequence for my contact with Copart: Went to look at a truck. Was not a member. Became a member, went to preview and took my wife. Only members allowed in the yard. Left and came back. Informed only certain days are preview days. Left and came back on preview day. Didn’t have a vest and was informed I had to have one. Went and bought one, then went back. Finally previewed the truck. When you become a member, make sure you check or uncheck the box for the automatic recurring membership. I eventually found that out when they deducted payment for the next year membership, which I didn’t want. If you choose to become a member of Copart, I would do it with the above it in mind.

Called to see how to obtain personal items left in vehicle after towing. Frances @ Lincoln, Ne location was awesome. Not only on the phone but in person at the location. I’m vehicle was retrieved, I was able to obtain my items and I was out the door. Frances was polite, positive, and helpful, all while multitasking like crazy. She deserves a raise!!😊. Mark

Copart are absolute crooks and I have no idea how they are still allowed to be trading in the UK. They should be prosecuted. After the final bid, they added on all of their additional fees for 'whatever they like' and 'forget' to mention all of the issues with the car that they listed on the auction so what you actually get is nothing like what you think you bought. If you are mad enough to buy anything from this company, don't believe a word on the auction and assume that the car is completely f***ed. Don't buy anything from them without seeing it in person, they lie on the listing and when found out they don't care and offer to resale the car for you at a cost of £250, but now they will describe the car with all the faults you found making the car near worthless. Absolute scam. If you are stupid enough to buy from them, and everyone can be stung once, just wait till you try and complain. They don't care one bit, their customer service is a joke and you'll be phoning up for updates for days and days. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying a car from them, seriously one of the worst experiences I've ever had from a UK company. My next stop is Trading Standards to ask them to be investigated.

This company is trying to auction my 2007 Shelby GT500 that is in storage and won't return phone calls or cooperate with my Insurance Company. Please don't do business with them and stay clear. Only 1/3 of their customers recommend them. Probably people that work there.

Item was totaled for flooding, but the listing indicated the unit "runs and drives". Coparts does not guarantee the vehicle will run and drive when picked up, but they do represent that they started and drove the vehicle. When I got the vehicle to my shop, I found the oil pan and cylinders filled with water. It would have been impossible for Coparts to have started and drove the vehicle. I challenged Coparts on the integrity of their listing, they said it was my fault for not properly inspect before I purchased. I told them they falsely represented the vehicle, they said it's my word against theirs....too bad.

This company dumped a wreck of a car which was nothing to do with me fully over my driveway. They refused to help me and I was basically told I’d have to pay to remove it. Lovely for a struggling mum. Stay clear from this awful company
