Try to take delivery in a timely manner DOES NOT EXSIST any longer, I been buying from Copart over 30 years and it never was like this as it is now, 6 HOURS waiting for something that use to be less than a hour to pick up your purchase.

They have added so many changes to having a vehicle collected that it makes no sense to do so and you ha e to use their delivery service, the only time slot they will give is between 7am to 9am but your lucky if they actually turn up at all yet when you call to ask where your delivery is they are rude and unhelpful, then the reschedule it and don't turn up then either but yest again absolutely No concern to them whatsoever.

Won auction on a lightly damaged car, paid in full Friday, next Monday paid for delivery but didn't know if out of their area they charge you and contract it out at a way lower price.

Very bad service on delivery. Copart give delivery to third party now. And they cannot even tells you when they will deliver. If you cant provide a service stop advertising. Ask everyone to come abd collect. We pay for the service.

Absolutely terrible company bought a vehicle described as having minor dents and scratches but upon delivery like other customers have mentioned had parts missing but best of all the head gasket was blown .

You listed a car as run and drives ( yes i know what that means in you terms) and by the pictures taken it showed very little damage however when the delivery co dropped it off it was obvious the picture's were taken at an angle no to show anything altered but the big fraudulent plan was that parts of the car you could see were replaced and painted (with a spray can) parts broken on the engine were bypassed so it would crank so to deceive the bidders and the $35k i gave for the vehicle will cost over $30k to repair on a $56k book car.

Terrible service. increased quoted fees (loading £15 to £40, delivery doubled +£294+vat) after purchase. lost V5 + keys. Staff mis-describe good vehicles to keep for 'mates' as "no keys" or not running when photos show otherwise. A risky minefield surviving on as a monopoly operator.

Moreover all the major ECU, sensors and components were taken out prior to delivery.
