“I love your popcorn products and purchase them a lot for my son who lives in another state. He really enjoys getting it. I recently had a question on why I was charged a shipping charge when it said shipping was free for orders over $50. You gladly refunded the charge as it was a confusing email.”

Hello! Sorry for the confusion. The total after discount needed to be above $50, not the subtotal before the applied discount. We were experimenting and will have that fixed (along with the messaging) for the next promo.

“I've purchased both the caramel and Seasalt caramel popcorn, and find very little difference in them. Not enough Seasalt to make to make up for the $10.00 price difference, per tub.”
