“I had 5 items in my order. Upon arrival, one of the bags had bust open. I contacted them via e-mail and I received an apology response within hours. Not only that, they had a replacement bag shipped the same day. I am truly grateful for their speedy response and action! I will definitely order from them again.”

Hi Tricia, we have opened a case with USPS regarding the delay and will likely hear from them tomorrow. All delays have been COVID-19 or Protest related and arrive within a few days after the complaint is filed. All of our orders ship within 24 hours. “The delivery of the popcorn was quick and the shipping deal was great it did not disappoint the popcorn was fresh full of cashews and pecans in every bite bought several bags til it wasn't enough then bought the big tub,delicious I would buy over and over.”
