“All the staff were very accommodating to my needs and alleviated a lot of my concerns. Everyone was friendly and approachable. In particular my trainer Freddie delivering the course made the course very accessible and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended.”

“The training material was a little repetitive in places but contained all the information required to pass the exam. The Teams modulated exam process worked well but the initial the Protor system was awful and took an hour of my life from me.”

“Took my GVC, A2CofC and OFQUAL qualifications with Coptrz and passed first time thanks to the excellent training they provided. First class instruction from a very competent and knowledgeable teacher that made the learning fun and easy to take in. I'd definitely recommend and already have done. The help they gave me preparing my Ops Manual also meant it went through first time with the CAA so my authorisation came through very quickly without any need to amend. Thanks Coptrz”

“I went on GVC course earlier on 2022, was really impressed by knowledge and experience managed to learn. Also to learned how to better implement in construction/retrofit industry (EWI, surveys). Trainer at same time also introduced to few other drone products which might be better solution for our business. Course was well organised into modules and very easy to understand (even inexperienced remote pilots found very easy to digest information). Highly recommended.”

“From the start, Coptrz always communicated information very well, including theory course info and general updates etc. Whilst completing my theory, I felt like I could ask any questions along the way and Coptrz were always helpful and replied straight away. In relation to my practical test, the preparation was made easy as to what was expected of me. I failed my first test but felt like I received enough guidance to ensure I didn't make the same mistake again. I was made to feel relaxed and at ease in my tests. Thank you Coptrz for making my transition to be a Fire Service drone pilot so smooth!”

“I did the online training courses. I found them very clear and helpful and invaluable in the process of passing my course. The only thing noticed was a few times, the PowerPoint didn't quite link up with the online video that was provided. But other than that it was very good.”

“the coptrz team are great, i was new to all things drones when i went on the gvc course. George was great at delivering the content in a way that was easy to understand. When i started to read the info i was a little overwhelmed at the volume of things i need to learn. however within a couple of hours i was put at ease and it all became clear. Coptrz have a great attuide and style to how they operate and it works. Everyone i spoke to was friendly and passionate about the company and about my goals and were all helpful with the next steps and infomation i would find helpful. thanks Coptrz i will be back soon”

“Took my original PfCO with them. Price was much cheaper than elsewhere and fairly local. Since then I have upgraded to the GVC along with my A2CofC. When submitting my OM, Naomi always helps regardless of when I ask. Paperwork isn’t my thing but having an expert on hand makes it simple so I can just fly.”

“I did my OFQUAL Level 4 and am currently doing my Level 5 Chief Drone Pilot course, the online courses are very well structured and make learning easy. The support from the team right from the start all the way through to the flight test has been very good.”

“I enjoyed your GVC in classroom training I passed my test GVC theory but failed the practical due to, I didn't had experience actually flying my drone less then 2 hour in total, it was a 3 day course, but we never had training flying, We finished daily earlier than expected but never practice flying. I would recement adding this, as its very important so everyone can pass the GVC exam.”

Thank you for the feedback Joseph, we are sorry to hear that you didn’t pass your flight test first time. Flight coaching is unfortunately not part of the GVC course but we do offer separate flight coaching should anyone attending want to purchase this. We do recommend that you have completed at least 4 hours of flight practice before taking the flight test element.
