“Initially I was very impressed with the COPTRZ web site and ease of navigation. The online course was simply laid out and split into manageable modules. I found some of the video content difficult to take in possibly due to my learning style however, as feedback, I would ask that the presenters inject some humour / ‘hook’ into their projection-specific note is made of monotone voices and, if self recognised, adjusting your pitch or having a number of presenters deliver one topic -Harry. I then went onto do the face to face course and, although weather disrupted the ‘flying’ stage I was still lucky enough to get two days input into the modules by Brad. As a trainer and presenter I was only too aware of the effort and time Brad had put into the delivery/presentation. From start to finish it was professional. The joining instructions, media used, classroom layout, expectations and course content were 100% with Brad offering input based on fact, CAP722 and personal experience. His delivery was pitched at the right level knowing his audiences age / experience in the training environment. As someone who struggles to hold my concentration in ‘heavy’ topics, I was pleased to see the pace in which Brad delivered. The use of open questions, knowledge checks and personal experience ensured that he held the audiences attention throughout. That said Brad was very open and honest about the ‘formal’ side of the course ie the examination process and adjudicated the exam in a strict manner. Again, he fully explained the process from the start so that there were no shocks. As the course ended Brad even went to some lengths to ensure that we all felt included in the COPTRZ ‘family’. He offered email addresses and left me feeling that it wouldn’t be a pain for him if I did get in touch with some inane / stupid question…… as I no doubt will!!! I would like to end by recommending the course and offering my thanks to Brad for his hard work, approachability and style of teaching.”

“Very technical, but interesting. I'm more confident in the theory part but need to get more hands on flying. Being the military, we into a lot more civilian requirements that I wontnuse on the military estates.”

“Big shout out for Katie & Dan at Coptrz, I’ve been communicating with Coptrz for just over a year now but have just successfully completed & passed my GVC. My personal circumstances made the course difficult for myself but the general support from Coptrz was excellent & certainly helped with me their flexibility. They were at the end of the phone, email and txt and so made the whole process easier, that said one still has to study, however, their online content was great, also once they were aware of my learning disability they ensured that I had extra time to complete my assessment.”

“I had a last minute need to take the A2 CofC course and get the certificate for a client. Within three days I had taken the course, passed and received my certificate. The whole process was seamless and the communication straightforward. Will be taking another course in a few months and wouldn't hesitate to use COPTRZ again! :-) If you are thinking of taking a Drone course don't think about it DO IT and use COPTRZ... :-)”
