The site is poor and very slow.Very often the selected bet does not add to the bet slip,so you have to quit and start again. This will then probably happen next time.I know other people this also happens to.I use other betting sites that do not have the same issue.
Even though I always change the odds to fractional,it changes back to decimal the next time I log in.
The poker site is generally okay, especially the freebet freeroll.
However, beware additional bonuses.Even though you meet the criteria, they do not give you the bonus promised. This happened to me for Cheltenham and Aintree this year. The first time I gave up after being kept on hold for too long. The second time I eventually got through to somebody that did not understand,so she passed me to a supervisor who promised me that my entry to the poker was automatic-it turned out he was wrong. The poker tournament was for 10 or 20 free £50 bets on the grand national, and was subsequently cancelled because only 8 people were able to enter.
Recently,I have not been credited with a weekly deposit credit token or a jackpot tournament refund that I was promised via e mail
However, they do give you small poker tokens as minor compensation
