“Disappointed. The game was shipped & packed poorly. One of the legs has a 2" chip out of it. Also, when I took the carry bag out of the package the zipper handle fell to the floor. Very poor quality hardware on the bag. The game itself seems fine but worried about durability since the wood has already chipped. Finally, the wood legs are not sanded and finished out. No protective polyurethane coat on it.”

“Customer Service was excellent. Product quality was above average. The execution was slightly below average. The graphic painted on the front has some overspray in areas making the graphic not as crisp and flawless as a printed face would have been. I also paid to have the sides and legs painted but they were delivered raw. The corners of the graphic are already starting to chip away, this may have been caused during shipping. Customer service did reimburse me for the cost of the missing painted sides and legs. Took less than 2 weeks from design approval to delivery. 4 out of 5!”
