“Thank you for the order. but i think your delivery process to the UAE is just too long. 1- it took me 2 months to receive my order, 1 month for it to reach the post office and another 1 month it was in the post office and i did not know about it because the website did not put my phone number in the order for the post office to contact me. I had ask and call them. 2- i think if you just deal with aramex or dhl it is much easier for customers to be satisfied with the delivery process. 3- I like the products in your website alot and how easy it is to find what i am looking for but my only concern in the delivery and shipping. I want to order again but i will have to think about all that long process since I want my orders to reach me faster like other websites.”
