“The product was shipped rather quickly, however Fed ex/TNT won“t do safe drop so i had to collect my parcel from a nominated facility. Apart from that the company is good with lots of interesting products and i am happy with my purchase.”

“I received my package this morning only to find my purchase had leaked as the pump was not secure and that I had lost more than half of my moisturiser. The packaging was good and product protected in the bubble wrap but the pump was not securely closed hence the leakage. I am asking for a replacement or full refund.”

“Delivery period is not acceptable. Product was sent from Singapore to Thailand and it took almost a month. I bought stuff from USA. It took 11 days only What takes this so long? Should improve. Thanks”

“I ordered 2 products & one came immediately while the other took a further week. It would have helped to receive either an email or note on slip enclosed with the 1st product to say 2nd product was outstanding or pending. Overall though, good job”

“My order has arrived today, well packaged, but it took 25 days for delivery. I assumed from the info on this website I was ordering in NZ for delivery in NZ, however that was not the case. 20 days from warehouse to the airport product was leaving from, and only 5 days national delivery. I would prefer to pay more for the item in future and have it delivered in a reasonable time frame.”

Hi Sue, Sorry for the delays, it appears that there was a backlog in transit at the time. Recent delivery has been around 6 to 8 business days.
