“Good received ! But how come the hair oil does not come in a box packing. In the purchase order, the hair oil should come with a box! Also, the bottle is not made of glass. I bought this item from you two times before. It always come in glass bottle with a box. Is this product some kind of fake goods not from the original producer ?”

“I have still not received the mascara I ordered and it has been 2 1/2 weeks. The courier company yesterday delivered it to the wrong addressand are refusing to either go get it and redeliver, or to tell me the exact address it was delivered to.”
