“Allover I’m happy with the products and the delivery. The only problem is that in UAE the outside temperature Is very high and as I received the products they was warm. The body lotion does not have the fragrance it should have. It seams like, because the cosmetics was transported in to high temperature, the organic ingredients turn bad.”

“I was very pleased with how quick my order went, from the time of order to the delivery. I will be using Cosmetics Now in the future and will definitely recommend it to friends. The only issue i had was with how my products were packed. 3 of my products is pump bottles. Two were taped down to makes sure now leakage happened, one had a lid, but the lid came off and there was a bit of leaking. Not the end of the word though. But perhaps in the future, those should be taped down too .”

“I ordered 12 shampoo bars and ended up getting only one shampoo bar. The customer service took more than 12 hours for first and second replies. It takes too long for the customer service to respond.”

“Edit: Cosmetics Now has responded to me and refunded the cost of two of the damaged products. I’ve edited my rating to reflect this. ——————————————————— Would not recommend. Bought 3 lip balms as gifts. Two of the three balms were damaged (misshapen and had black specks). The packaging also showed evidence of having been open before, and one of the boxes was even black on the inside! Cosmetics Now replied saying that all products are brand new and they prioritise quality, but this certainly shows otherwise. I’ve included pictures where you can see this. Contacted Cosmetics Now and they replied promptly the first time but have stopped replying ever since I asked for a refund. In my email to them, I sent pictures and suggested sending the two defective products back for a refund. Probably a hit or miss kinda place. You might be happy with your purchase, but don’t expect to be entertained if you encounter any issues. Incredibly disappointing service, I would shop anywhere else. Would also like to add that shipping took over a month! I understand that corona might impact delivery times but many purchases (both local and international) that I made after this purchase arrived. Not entirely sure if it was a coincidence that the shipment arrived shortly after I emailed them (after waiting for a long time), or if they maybe forgot and only sent the product out after I emailed them.”
