“I ordered 2 products & one came immediately while the other took a further week. It would have helped to receive either an email or note on slip enclosed with the 1st product to say 2nd product was outstanding or pending. Overall though, good job”

“So far I am content with using your services. Pro's have been. No lost parcels, reasonable delivery times, and some of the best packaging care ive seen. Cons. Price, not terrible but I can buy the same item elsewhere cheaper, I prefer to stick with one provider than having accounts here and there. Your out of stock of whatever I want, maybe add a filter to remove out of stock options to aid product selection. Lastly the descriptions are bad to nonexistent. I've almost stopped shopping with you due to having to look at other providers to get some sense of what scent I'm buying. It's time consuming and when I see it cheaper on the page with the better description I wonder where I should be shopping.”
