“I received my package this morning only to find my purchase had leaked as the pump was not secure and that I had lost more than half of my moisturiser. The packaging was good and product protected in the bubble wrap but the pump was not securely closed hence the leakage. I am asking for a replacement or full refund.”

“My products took over two weeks to arrive. When I enquired about why it was taking so long, the customer service person didn’t write anything back, only copy and pasted delivery information, which I had already seen. If something is going to take more than two weeks to be posted within Australia then it should be noted at time of purchase.”

Some of our products have longer delivery timeframes depending on dispatch location. We endevaour to always provide the fastest delivery timeframes to customers depending on stock at our dispatch locations. In this case the quoted delivery timeframe was 6-12 business days and the delivery arrived in 12 business days, so it was within the quoted time but on the long side.

“It came a bit late, on top of that the mascara was opened (It did not look like a NEW item)...I didn't like that..I paid full price so I have some expectations... quality of the product is good but who knows if it was used or not before?!?!?”
