“Received makeup a little longer than expected, but realize COVID and Postage delays was the the holdup. I found the new makeup compared with same colour in the one I was using is a shade lighter (Shiseado Neutral 4). yet had neutral 4 on the bottle! I find it OK as Winter skin is a little lighter. But wondered if anyone else had this query and why. I have been told this makeup has been discontinued and is this a replacement.”

“The skin cream is good. However just some packaging advice. It seems as though the container was dropped or squashed in transit. Upon opening the outer packaging found the lid off. I was able to rescue the contents. It could have been worse. Perhaps try taping the lids down. On the 1 litre skin cream.”

“My order arrived well packaged and exactly what I had ordered ,it was an excellent price but it did take the full 14 days from dispatch to arrive so as long as you are not wanting it in a hurry . But when I emailed to check on delivery I always had prompt reply”

Hi Michael, Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. The order was placed on 9th June and delivered on 21st June. On the checkout page, we have mentioned a 6-10 business days delivery time frame to USA.
