“It took over a month to get my order. The product is what I ordered - but if you need your items quickly - I don’t recommend this site. When I emailed customer support they just repeated what tracking said. Not sure how a product can take as long as it did - and they couldn’t tell me either - which was very frustrating. Will pay a little more elsewhere to avoid the disappointment.”

“The WORST experience I can’t help wondering if this is a scam. Placed order with expected delivery in 2-3 days only to discover that they needed a phone verification which took them 2 days to reach me despite multiple emails and voice mail trying to reach customer service. Was told that none of the customer service nos worked and they are only accessible via email. Even after taking time to verify, order remains pending?! I gave up.”

“I ordered face cream April 10th, still have not received it. When I emailed and phoned they said it is Stuck in Singapore. I thought I was ordering a product in Canada. I do not recommend ordering from this company.”
