Today is 21st March, 2021 (30 days after purchasing), I still haven't received any update according to my package via JANIO.Super disappointing services I've experienced; please don't use covid19 as excuses, because i've ordered many stuff from around the globe and via many different shipment and they still keep their promises regarding shipment dateline.Waiting for your cooperation and commitment to your customer.”

“I am unhappy with the delivery of my purchase. I was not home when delivery was attempted. I do not understand why the courier did not leave the package at my door, as all other couriers do. I then had to drive to another location and collect my package. Next time I will just buy from a department store. The on-line experience was ridiculous.”

“It should probably be made clear that this isn’t a website or business that operates from NZ , and orders are shipped from an international location 15 days for an item to arrive from Australia, and being given a stock standard generic answer when I enquired. ( I ordered things from America last week and they arrived in 3 days) Not very good customer service in my opinion.”
