“Avoid. I have been sent a fake product and having spent around $110 on it, I am not happy. The fake is absolutely disgusting.”

“Very very poor service. The only reason I ordered from them was it showed 4-6 days delivery. I paid extra for that. It has been 7 weeks! Still no delivery. I don’t think they had the product in stock when they took order. The tracking information shows they shipped only after 4 weeks! Save the trouble don’t order!”

“Please don't ever order from Cosmetics Now. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered conditioner and it still has not been shipped yet. I asked them if I could cancel the order since I was told it was being shipped from a non-US warehouse and they would not let me. I ordered from them because it said it would be shipped from a US warehouse and I would receive in 6-10 days. Both were lies and at this point, I am wondering if I will ever get what I ordered since they could not provide with a date it will be shipped on.”

“Not happy with the slow shipping. Tracking shows my item has been waiting for USPS pick up for over 7 days... ever heard of USPS being that slow to pick up a package. Cosmetics Now website says my item will arrive in 22 days from the day I placed my order. Sounds like they are shipping from China. I paid US prices so I expect faster shipping and delivery. I will never order from Cosmetics Now ever again. By the way...I ordered a simple face wash.”

“I also purchased at the start of the pandemic so expected a delay, however has now been 8 weeks with no package, tracking number isn’t working and customer service emails asking me to be patient. I tried calling today at various times but couldn’t get through, just got an automated voice saying they were busy with other callers and asking me to leave a message!! I thought they were an Australian company but didn’t realise they shipped from overseas, if they even are legit. My mistake for not doing my research first, I’ve lost my money now. I would warn others not to buy.”

“Ordered baby products during this pandemic. I know and I understand that items MIGHT be delayed. But during pandemic they still put that they will ship within 10 to 13 days thats why I bought my baby products to them. My baby has eczema I placed an order even before the creme runs out. Its been a month already and no package arrived. They kept on saying its on transit but the tracking that they gave me was updated last april 17th. I warn you guys dont buy here. look for other shop. Their costumer service sucks. They will just kept on reapeating what they are saying!”

“After reading some very poor reviews I was extremely nervous as a first time purchaser from Cosmetics Now. However, I have to say my experience was absolutely outstanding! I placed my order on the 24/4/20 and I now have my delivery on the 28/4/20 which also included a whole weekend period! The item was shipped by DHL from Hong Kong to Australia. I had a very positive experience with this courier and was kept up-to-date the entire time with emails from Cosmetics Now, as well as frequent DHL texts. I was also concerned about the authenticity of the products from reading other customers reviews, however my item was completely sealed with the correct packaging and obviously the genuine product I paid for. I'm sorry to read others have had such bad experiences because based on my own experience I couldn't recommend this company enough. SO impressed with the quality and customer service all round.”

“Price was the draw. Cheaper than anywhere else. Customer service is lousy and they do not follow up. Package was supposedly sent by them on the 22nd. However as of the 25th, USPS has no record of a package. Online people said to not trust this website and that problem I’m having is common. Stay away!”

“I bought Dermalogica "Daily Microfoliant" from them and they delivered fake products with fake seal, bottle printing without the registered trademark shown in the photo, and the powder inside smells funny. This is so ridiculous whereby their customer service told me "The products are sourced from around the world to bring you the cheapest prices so packaging may vary from country to country, but we guarantee that they are original - no knockoffs or imitations.". However genuine product are only manufactured and produced in South California with original sealed packing. The packaging etc shouldn't be varies. The returned address is to strawberry.Net. That website has been listed as unauthorized online retailers in official Dermalogica website. Please beware when you are purchasing Dermalogica products from Cosmetics Now especially when it is dispatched from Hong Kong with Legian Courier.”

“My order never arrived and they refused to refund me for the missing product's. I was put in a position where I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back, however this came at a cost because Afterpay (An online loan provider) was used, my credit has now taken a hit.”

“You never tried to help me find lost mailed items, just say it was sent to another address...lts your problem. Well, the second item I ordered went to wrong address also because YOU did not correct my address. I won’t order from you again.”

“SCAM i ordered from them two weks ago and they gave mw a tracking number which shows it hasn't even been dispatched. Ni sign of my order. They are refusing to give me a refund!! And they keep ignoring my emails”

“Dried out (useless) product sent by Cosmetics Now, but no refund because the dried out condition was not found until after the 2 week return period had lapsed. Product was still shrink wrapped when it was opened 7 weeks after receiving it. This is a product I've used for years, & never have I seen it in this crusty old condition. Fair warning - check your products upon receiving them! No refund for me, and they offered a 20% "discount"on my next order-what kind of fool would order from Cosmetics Now when they treat their customers so shabbily? NOOOOOWAY”

“I placed an order on Dec 18th, received no email confirmation. When I emailed customer service they sent me a tracking number and it has now been 2 weeks with no tracking updates and have no idea when and if I will ever receive my order. It shouldn’t take this long With no explanation. I will not be ordering from this company again.”

“Easy to order. Cheap? Not so much! Easy to order, glad that they have products that not available at the local stores where I am from. However, product price in advertised emails CHANGED (increased) at actual web site. In New Zealand we would call that FALSE Advertising! And it's illegal! And it's the only thing I am not happy about.”
