“products are very good, delivery is fast enough I am happy with you and will continue to order. Only thing maybe worth mentioning is recently I received a promotion email from you listed some of the products I need so I placed an order, it turns out the price are different from the promotion email. So I raised enquiry via your customer support, the consultant was impatiently explained I need to use points which I clearly used some, I asked again not received a direct answer and not hear answer so I still not understand why promotion price not applied. anyway, only if you intend to improve your customer satisfaction otherwise fine.”

“My product was delivered to the wrong address due to the formatting on the website's checkout page. I was expected to retrieve the package from this address across town. Redelivery or refund was not offered and this was not my first order from CN.”

“My order arrived well packaged and exactly what I had ordered ,it was an excellent price but it did take the full 14 days from dispatch to arrive so as long as you are not wanting it in a hurry . But when I emailed to check on delivery I always had prompt reply”
