“despite me requesting a "leave at front door if no one home" for my order, your policy, apparently, is to require a signature. You should make that clear on your transaction pages, or preferably before. And if a customer specifically requests such service, you should be at pains to notify them of your policy well before despatch”

“I ordered an item by mistake, sought to correct it after just a few hours but was not allowed. Then the item took too long to arrive from NSW and when it finally did, the return process was overly expensive and I ended up having to keep an item I did not really want. Not happy!”

“I purchased Sothy's products - they are genuine. However, the parcel took 25 days to arrive when all of the Order Confirmation emails and website advised said it would be 4-7-10 workings days. I called on phone, it was an answer machine, then I emailed numerous times to find out what has gone wrong. I now know they promise fast delivery, but goods come from overseas (via a turtle). When they get your order, they create a parcel dispatch that day - but it isnt really until their imported parcel arrives that they dispatch it. In my case, almost 4 weeks. I spend $280.”

“Good range of products but item was not dispatched. I sent an enquiry then a follow up before I got a response. Item was not dispatched till several days after that. I understand everyone is working in difficult conditions but I would order from another supplier in future.”

“The Pevonia moisturizer was near full. Looked like someone stuck their finger in it. The Pevonia cleanser said it was a foaming cleanser- did not.”

“Poor relates to packaging only. The pump container is not suitable for a product which has a consistency similar to water. It is very hard to get the right dose, either too much or too little. I would suggest a delivery system like an eye dropper would work more accurately.”

Hi, Sorry for the delays, this took around 12 business days to arrive to Thailand. Regarding duties for Thailand these are not prepaid and we are unable to control whether or not customs choose to apply duties.
